Service Leadership through Serving Children and Families with Special Needs
Enhancing leadership through community service in health and education
The Service Leadership through Serving Children and Families with Special Needs project focuses on building leadership skills while providing essential support to children and families in need. This interdisciplinary initiative combines education, public health, and social services to create meaningful community impact and develop service-oriented leadership qualities.

The project involved collaboration between universities, schools, and families to provide tailored educational and emotional support to children with special needs.
My Contributions
- Project Coordination: Led logistics, preparation, and post-project evaluation by collaborating with stakeholders, including Sichuan University, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and local schools.
- Participant and Volunteer: Observed the entire service process as a volunteer, evaluated service quality, and provided feedback to improve outcomes.

Activities included interactive learning sessions and emotional support exercises tailored to the children's unique needs.
